Into the void retreat

July 29th - August 2nd 2026
Southern Sweden, Fiskabäck Österlen

A retreat for women ready to reconnect to their body’s ways of communicating

The void is the in-between. The unknown. The corridor between the old and the new. It is a fertile ground where everything is possible. Where the intuitive knowing whispers clearly.

This retreat is a reset. A reimagining. A portal where you are invited to pause and get clear about what you truly need.

These days, you will be given tools, challenges, and opportunities to get to know your mind and body intimately. To understand your intuitive signals and know how to respond.

With singing and voice activation, psychology and coaching, circle work and connection exercises, you will be guided through a journey back within.

With tools from Yoga, Ayurveda, Breathwork, and Sauna, we connect body and mind, feeling and thoughts, reasoning and embodying. Leaving you ready to move forward with clarity in your stride and love in your heart.

Welcome to take the next step sister.

The foundation of the work

Devotion

Rather than discipline, devotion to something greater than ourselves is a powerful foundation for life that can help create direction. Together, we will explore what this is for you. For me, it is what I call God, which isn’t necessarily religious. Call it Goddess, intuition, inner knowing, nature, or connection to the higher self.

Embodiment

The transition from living in your head, believing every thought, to grounding in your body and trusting her needs. Our body knows, but the mind often rushes in to argue with her. Through powerful practices of yoga, movement, and sauna, you will learn to listen to your body’s signals and give her what she needs.

Ayurveda

When we understand our body’s signals and what we need to balance our environment, everything changes. Self-care becomes obvious. Kindness towards ourselves our default. The ayurvedic principles will be woven into the retreat, giving you a foundational understanding. Afterwards, you will be able to apply them to your daily life.

Yoga & Meditation

Yogic philosophy has its roots in the same texts as Ayurveda. It teaches us that we are not just a body and mind, but an eternal spirit that lasts over lifetimes. This knowing, not just intellectually, but embodied and experienced at a deeper level, anchors and expands life. Daily meditation pracices and silent mornings will invite you to experience it for yourself.

Surrender

Tools are wonderful, and yet, there comes a time to surrender what is out of our hands. To trust that you are held and supported through all of life, doing your part and leaving the rest. With fiery rituals and sauna practices, you will be invited to truly learn what surrender is and dare to take the step yourself. To the degree you choose to and are ready for of course.

Music and Voice

Music and singing have the power to shift how we feel, open our voice, and connect us to deeper truths. Drums and humming have been used since the beginning of our time here as potent medicine. Together, we will explore the voice as a tool to move energy and bring you in touch with your full expression. Live music is a foundation for all the work we will do together.

Our home

Fiskabäck is not just any retreat center. The past five summers I have spent extensive amounts of time here in the middle of the forest. When cooking for my own and other facilitators’ retreats, I arrive home here.

The enchanting house is alive. The spacious shala surrounds us. Nature is buzzing. There is magic here. Waterfalls and a lake are within walking distance through the forest. The ocean is a short drive away. Swedish summer evenings are truly something to experience with the late sunset shows. As we gather for dinner in the barn overlooking the fields, you will see what we mean.

The biggest thing I take with me is a deeper understanding of my own energy, and that was honestly the biggest wow moment for me. I’ve struggled with fatigue, constant bloating, and stomach pain for sooo long and I’ve tried what feels like everything. But this way of relating to food, of not only thinking about what we eat but what we can actually absorb, has been life-changing. I feel more balanced. I feel more joy and gratitude around food now in a way I never have before. Food used to feel complicated and heavy for me, always connected to discomfort. Now I feel like food nourishes me, supports me, and works with me instead of against me.
