A wild and confusing 36-hour-long stay in South Africa and a suggestion to read The Power of Now started my spiritual path many years ago. I didn't know it back then, but my search for meaning and fulfilment would take me across the world before I finally found Ayurveda and Yoga. My first Ayurvedic training happened in the tiny coastal town of Varberg in Sweden, around the corner from where I grew up. The irony is just beautiful. Through the years I have thrown myself head first into anything my heart has guided me towards. I first tried meditation at a 10-day silent Vipassana retreat in 2012. A strong desire for time alone and the chance to reflect guided me to this quite extreme but very rewarding experience. Years of practicing Yoga led me to a 200-hour Raja Yoga teacher training in Hawaii, followed by certifications in Sweden as an Ayurvedic Health Advisor and Ayurvedic Massage Therapist in 2015.

In 2016 I was finally certified as an Ayurvedic chef back in Hawaii. After an internship with my teacher and gaining loads of experience cooking for groups, and clients in treatment and training, I began sharing my knowledge of Ayurvedic cooking through workshops. I have offered classes and workshops in South Africa, England, Germany, Sri Lanka, The US, Switzerland and Sweden. Yes, they're different countries. In 2017 I settled in Hamburg, Germany, and ran my business out of there and online until spring 2023 when I moved to Stockholm. In 2022 I certified as a coach and currently mainly offer 1:1 coaching in person in Stockholm as well as online. I also run retreats in India, Sweden, and Germany on a regular basis.
